Al Grega, IBM Rational Software Worldwide Sales Executive IBM Corporation Al Grega is responsible for the worldwide sales of IBM Rational host integration software and compilers.  Prior to this assignment, Al managed the WebSphere product portfolio on the IBM System i and System p platforms. Al has over 25 years of experience ranging from operating systems development to services, marketing and product management.  Al has also taught at the State University of New York at Farmingdale and is currently on the Strategic Education Team for Web Application Development at COMMON (a Users Group – www.common.org).
