8:00pm: Real-life examples for Access Client Solutions

Jesse Gorzinski
IBM

Presentation Description

How would your business be transformed if you could run the same client access software on any operating system such as Macintosh, Linux and Windows? How about a new paradigm for deployment? Would the ability to run it from many different deployment locations like a thumb drive, network server, web deployment, or local files system be of interest? In this session, we walk through a number of approaches to implementing a solution with the Java client called "IBM i Access Client Solutions" based on how you currently use IBM i Access for Windows. Our discussion covers many capabilities including deployment, 5250 emulation, data transfer, printer output, and more!
